They are very simple scenes, a variation on the different interactions between figures and scales, amalgamated into silhouettes.
The staging is voluntarily reduced to two elements: characters in costume treated in a naturalistic but anonymous way, avoiding faces and individual expressions: they are almost mannequins. The ladders, reduced to a flat white silhouette, form a kind of grid that cuts out the background.
