Drawing is the base of my artistic practice. Over the year, an massive amount of images has been kept away from my regular portfolio, despite the fact that they form the core of all my artistic career: sorting them and conceptualizing a compulsive activity in a neat portfolio is an insanely arduous task.

The series Absurd Spaces is an attempt to put order the spontaneous activity of sketching, by setting a strong principle to every drawing made in two specific sketchbooks: they must be images of absurd art installations, made with office furniture or in a corporate context.

The result is an ensemble of more than 200 pictures of scenes that wait an occasion to be converted in a real installation.
